Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Juliana Massage, booking should be simple and honest. You do not pay anything to send a booking request. Once your appointment is confirmed, you pay after your massage is finished.

How to book

Send us a booking request using the form on our website with the service you would like, your location and your preferred date and time. We will then contact you to confirm the details.

Confirmation

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree the date, time, location and price. Until then, the time is not reserved.

Pricing and payment

The price is agreed with you before we confirm your booking. There is no deposit and no upfront payment. You pay after your massage is complete, using the payment method agreed with you.

Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled time — so we can offer the slot to someone else. To cancel or reschedule, simply contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Late cancellations and no-shows

We do not charge a late cancellation or no-show fee. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can help other clients.

Refunds

Because payment is made only after your service is complete, refunds are not normally needed. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will make it right.

Service area

We currently accept booking requests within the United States. Some areas may depend on distance and availability, and we will always confirm before your booking is set.
